Doctoral studies in Social Sciences, Management, 4th year doctoral student.

Area of Jolanta’s Doctoral research is an influence of international mobility to academic staff performance. Internationalization of higher education became inevitable reality of the 21st century. Academic staff mobility is one of the key activities in the higher education institution’s internationalization process. Achievements of international mobility influence both individual’s and institution’s academic achievements.

Jolanta has obtained Bachelor (1996) and Master (1999) degrees in Mathematics from Vilnius University.

Currently Jolanta leads International Relations Department at Vilniaus kolegija / University of Applied Sciences, with 15 years of professional experience.
