Training Model

Because of the ever growing need of the market, in company training has become one of the most rapidly developing areas of our activities. Each year we create and implement more than 200 training programmes that provide employees with the opportunity to develop skills, acquire new knowledge, and develop as specialists and personalities.

In company training takes place in the following stages:

  • Identification of the training need in the organisation through application of the latest and most advanced methods of research and survey.
  • Cooperation with CEO and HR managers and creating a programme corresponding to the company’s training need.
  • Training that enables to analyse real work situations of employees and search of an effective ways to solve them using case analysis, tests, group discussions, video training, individual practical tasks and other techniques.
  • After training is completed, feedback about the preparation of the participants to apply the knowledge gained in their working activities and about their level of motivation is provided. A further development plan for employees is also discussed.
