Overview

Leipzig Graduate School of Management is a private business school in the German state of Saxony. It is one of the world's oldest Business Schools, established in 1898. After the fall of the Iron Curtain, the school has been re-founded under private management in 1992.Teaching and research at HHL is conducted almost entirely in English with some country-specific courses which are held in German. The school awards with postgraduate degrees such as Master of Science in General Management (M.Sc.) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) in a full-time and part-time teaching scheme.
In April 2004, HHL was the first of all private business schools in Germany to be accredited by AACSB International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). HHL was ranked as Germany's best business school by karriere magazine in May 2006. In 2009 Financial Times ranked the institution as #70 in Europe and #3 in Germany in its European Business School rankings.
