Assoc. Prof. Dr. Maik Hüttinger was born in Bavaria/Germany, and has been living in Central and Eastern Europe for the last 18 years. He earned his European Master in Business Sciences degree from the University of Regensburg/Germany and his Ph.D. in Economics from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow/Poland. His research interests are in sustainable development, critical thinking in economics, international economics and cross-cultural studies. Currently he works as a program director for International Business and Communication Studies at ISM University of Management and Economics.




Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aras Zirgulis is an associate professor at ISM who has been in academia for almost 10 years. He is originally from Southern California, but chose to improve his quality of life by moving to Lithuania. His main research interests are in international and public economics, but he also dabbles in related fields like economic history.





Dr. Mariana Sueldo: Born in Argentina, living in Lithuania since 1995. Completed BAs in Argentina; Master and doctoral studies in Vilnius. Interpreter and translator of Spanish-English-Lithuanian languages in international conferences and diplomatic events; since 2005 lecturer of international and cross-cultural communication studies Lithuania and other European institutions. Management consultant specialized in strategic communication management.



Dr. Jonathan Boyd, PhD in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, has research interests in the areas of international security and political theory. Before joining ISM, Dr Boyd was an associate fellow of the Centre for Global Constitutionalism, St Andrews, and Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Reading, UK. He is also currently an adjunct professor at James Madison University, and frequently delivers courses on politics and human rights for both the University of Connetticut and Catholic University of America, Washington D.C.


Benas Adomavicius, Head of ISM Executive School Strategic management module. Mr. Adomavičius is a strategy consultant for the past 13 years. He is a member of the board at “Creditinfo Lietuva”, co-owner of several companies, expert at MITA, certified business process and management expert. He is a member of strategic managements society and is commonly invited to speak at variety of conferences. Aside from active professional work, he teaches students and companies in Germany, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Belarus. In a consulting role Mr. Adomavičius has helped to prepare and moderate strategy creation for clients such as: MV Group (largest alcohol producer in Baltic states), PwC Lithuania office (one of the big four largest worldwide auditing, tax, legal and consulting companies), UAB Palink (2nd largest retail chain in Lithuania), Nestle Baltics (largest FMCG producer in Baltic states) and others.
